Return Policy

Thank you for choosing to shop The Hop!  We love our customers and appreciate your business.  We carefully select and love each items we sell. It is our goal that you share that some love and enjoyment for each purchase from us. Due to the nature of carrying vintage goods and being a mobile shop please read our return policy carefully.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON VINTAGE ITEMS. NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, OR EXCHANGES.

We do our best to make sure all items are listed accurately and honestly in their descriptions, photos, and measurements, so be sure to double check all these things before purchasing. Please keep in mind, with garments being at least 20 years old, most will show natural signs of wear and age. We do our best to list any and all flaws in the item description. However, we may overlook small flaws. IF YOU ARE NOT SURE ABOUT SOMETHING PLEASE CONTACT US WITH ANY QUESTIONS PRIOR TO MAKING THE PURCHASE.

EXCHANGES OR RETURNS ON NEW STYLES

Exchanges or returns on new styles (not vintage) can be made WITHIN 15 DAYS from the purchase date. Please contact us via email atthehopshop@gmail.com if you are in need of an exchange. Customer is responsible for cost of return shipping both ways. TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN YOUR ITEM MUST BE UNUSED AND IN THE SAME CONDITION THAT YOU RECEIVED IT: UNWORN, UNWASHED, WITH TAGS STILL ON AND ACCOMPANIED BY THE RECEIPT. We reserve the right to refuse items that do not fit the above description. 

Once your exchange or return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the item meets the above criteria, for exchanges we will ship out the new exchanged item and notify you via email.  For returns please allow 2-10 business days to see your credit back in your account.

The following is exempt from exchanges or returns: Vintage Items, Sale, and Gift Cards cannot be returned or exchanged.

SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Please note, we are a small mobile store with limited quantities. To ensure you get the right size, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your original item with the correct size needed. All exchanges must meet the criteria as listed above. Customer is responsible for cost of shipping on the exchange both ways.
